1️⃣ Unbox Your Device

Remove the device, charging cable, and user guide from the packaging. Ensure all items are included.

2️⃣ Charge Before First Use

If the battery is low or the device doesn’t power on, fully charge it using the provided cable. A full charge ensures best performance.

3️⃣ Hold the Device in Your Hand

Point it toward your dog when needed (you don’t need to be close, a few metres is enough).

4️⃣ Press the Activation Button When Barking Begins

Use the button only when your dog is actively barking. The ultrasonic sound gently interrupts the behaviour.

5️⃣ Wait for Your Dog to Pause or Look at You

This shows the sound captured their attention. Avoid pressing repeatedly.

6️⃣ Reward the Calm Behaviour

As soon as your dog stops barking or redirects their attention, praise them or offer a treat.
This teaches:
Quiet = good things happen.

7️⃣ Use Consistently, Not Constantly

Use during excessive barking episodes. With consistent, gentle use, calm habits build over time.

8️⃣ Avoid Using During Fear or Distress

Do not use the device when your dog is scared or uneasy (e.g., thunderstorms or fireworks).

9️⃣ Store in an Easy-Access Spot

Keep it where barking commonly occurs - near the door, living room, or backyard exit.

🐶 Effective for dogs over 6 months old.
🐶 Less effective for senior dogs (8+ years) or dogs with reduced hearing sensitivity.
